    Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager this role will be pivotal in driving outbound sales opportunities, in addition to supporting the Sales Team, and representing / communicating Vistair’s position as a leading aviation software company in the external marketplace.

Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills are required, along with significant resilience. The role will be based within the Sales Operations Team but will entail cross-functional involvement and external interaction.  This role is office-based in Bristol however may require some international travel from time to time. Excellent potential for career development.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Outbound Prospecting

    • Research potential customers, identify key players and relationships and create strategy to generate interest
    • Pro-actively pursuing leads through calls, emails and professional networking sites
    • Industry analysis: key organisations/consultants and potential partnerships
    • Work with the Marketing Team on specific campaigns
    • Effectively respond to all enquiries in a professional manner

    Supporting Sales Operations     

    • Administrative work when required
    • RFP process assistance
    • Schedule Management - support Sales Team in scheduling initial sales calls (conference and video) and face-to-face meetings worldwide
    • Database Management - liaise with Marketing/Sales/Finance in managing and tracking leads, contacts, account, activities and opportunities in CRM

    Social Monitoring

    • Use external tools to identify new Leads (eg. Sales Navigator)
    • Market Awareness:  keep abreast of industry trends and news
    • Keep up to date with social media and movements of specific target airlines

    Key skills and qualifications:

    • Must be educated to a diploma/degree level - Business/Sales/Marketing related qualification preferred
    • Resilience and self-starter mentality essential for outbound prospecting
    • Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills
    • Ability to focus and prioritize multiple streams of work
    • Highly organised and possess a high level of administration ability and “can-do” attitude
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Possess excellent customer service skills
    • Must have excellent Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
    • Second language would be advantageous
    • General knowledge of aviation would be advantageous
