• C.A.S.E. (Corporate Aviation Safety Executive)

    The Corporate Aviation Safety Executive (CASE) was formed by a like minded group of Safety Managers in an effort to collate data and monitor trends over the whole business aviation community with the express purpose of improving aviation safety. Its objectives are to pursue the highest standards of aviation safety, facilitate the free exchange of aviation safety data, and provide assistance to operators establishing and maintaining a flight safety organisation.

  • UK Flight Safety Committee

    The UK Flight Safety Committee is an unincorporated association of professionals dedicated to the improvement of Commercial Aviation Safety. Members meet regularly to exchange safety information, examine ways to improve safety and to avoid incidents and accidents. In addition to the SIE meetings and FOCUS magazine, the promotion of aviation safety is conducted through the UKFSC website and the Flight Safety Officer's Familiarisation Course. The UKFSC is represented in numerous international and national aviation safety forums, the outcomes from which are published for the use of the membership on the website.

  • The Flight Safety Foundation

    The Foundation is an international non-profit organisation whose sole purpose is to provide impartial, independent, expert safety guidance and resources for the aviation and aerospace industry. The Foundation is in a unique position to identify global safety issues, set priorities and serve as a catalyst to address the issues through data collection and information sharing, education, advocacy and communications.

    Android is a mobile operating system currently developed by Google, designed primarily for touch screen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. It is the most popular mobile operating system in the world and has the largest installed base. Vistair participates in the Google Play Developer program, delivering Android applications to Google’s Play Store for DocuNet and QualityNet (Standards Assurance).

    iOS is Apple’s mobile operating system for their mobile devices, including iPad and iPhone.  It has the second largest installed base worldwide on smartphones. Vistair participates in the Apple Developer Program, delivering applications to the App Store for CrewNet, DocuNet, SafetyNet and QualityNet.  

  • Windows Mobile

    Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 Operating Systems now support mobile platforms with touch screens, including smartphones and tablet devices like the Microsoft Surface.  Windows Mobile has the third largest installed base on smartphones.  Vistair has developed DocuNet and SafetyNet apps for the Windows platform, with native support for tablet devices built into SafetyNet for Windows 8.1 and above.
