DocuNet - Vistair’s Document Services (Technical Publications) team is now available six days a week having introduced an extended hours service to cover Sundays.

The extended hours, which provides cover for editing, technical changes and customer support, was originally introduced to deliver greater cover for the company’s clients in the Middle East where Sunday is viewed as a regular working day.

However, since the service started in September Vistair has received positive feedback from its clients all over the world.

Lesley James, Vistair’s Head of Document Services, said: “With a global client base it is important for us to have the agility to adapt to different cultures which is why we introduced an extended service, initially to provide enhanced cover for the Middle East.

“However, this has proved to be a very popular move among our other clients too, who have been very positive and appreciate us being able to respond and provide full support six days out of seven where necessary.”
